Delete your account in the app
- Open Coworking Prilep and sign in.
- Open Me, then select Delete account.
- Check out first if you have an open visit, enter DELETE, and confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address registered to your member account. Use the subject Account deletion request. We may ask you to confirm ownership before processing the request.
Never send us your password, door PIN, payment-card details, or security codes.
What is deleted
Your authentication account, member profile, community profile, app memberships, and visit records associated with the account are deleted.
Payment and invoice records that we must retain for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations may be kept separately for the required period. Deleting an account does not automatically issue a refund. Contact us first if you have unused purchased access.
