1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases made from Coworking Prilep, operated by Dastian DOO Prilep, whether paid on our website by card or in person. It covers memberships, day and hour passes, hour credits, and meeting-room and classroom bookings.
2. Your right to cancel a distance purchase
Under the Law on Consumer Protection of North Macedonia, for services bought at a distance you generally have 14 days to withdraw. Where you ask us to begin the service before the 14 days end (for example, an immediately active membership or a booking for a date within that period), you agree that the withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully performed, and that for partially used services we may charge for the part already provided.
3. Memberships
- Monthly memberships renew each month. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month and you keep access until then.
- We do not refund the unused part of a month once the month has started, unless required by law or agreed by us in writing.
- If you cancel before your membership has started and before any access has been used, we refund it in full.
4. Passes & hour credits
- Unused passes and credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the hours or access have been used.
- Once any part of a pass or credit has been used, it is non-refundable, and unused hours simply expire at the end of their validity period.
5. Meeting room & classroom bookings
- Cancelled 24+ hours before the booking start time: full refund.
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: non-refundable.
- If we cancel a confirmed booking for any reason, you receive a full refund or a free re-booking, your choice.
6. Incorrect, duplicate, or unauthorised charges
If you are charged in error, charged twice, or believe a charge was not authorised, contact us right away. Verified incorrect or duplicate charges are refunded in full.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the same card used for the original payment, through the bank's payment gateway. We process approved refunds within a maximum of 14 days; it may then take a further few business days for your bank to show the amount, depending on your card issuer. Refunds are made in the original currency (MKD).
8. How to request a refund
Email coworkingprilep@outlook.com with your name, the email used for the purchase, the transaction date and amount, and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
