1. What we deliver
Coworking Prilep, operated by Dastian DOO Prilep, sells services — access to our shared workspace and its facilities (dedicated desks, hot desks, meeting room, classroom, and related amenities). These are provided at our premises in Prilep, North Macedonia, and there is normally no physical item to ship.
2. Confirmation of your purchase
As soon as your card payment is approved, we send a confirmation email with your payment receipt to the address you provided, usually within a few minutes. This email is your proof of purchase and sets out what you bought and the amount paid. An invoice is issued as described in section 5.
3. When your service becomes available
- Memberships become active on the start date shown at checkout (immediately, or on a date you choose). Access details are included in your confirmation or provided at the space.
- Passes and hour credits are available to use straight away, within their stated validity period.
- Meeting room and classroom bookings are reserved for the specific date and time you select and confirmed by email.
4. If you don't receive your confirmation
If you don't get a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, then contact us at coworkingprilep@outlook.com. We'll confirm your purchase and resend it. Do not attempt the payment again before checking with us, to avoid a duplicate charge (which we would refund under our Refund Policy).
5. Invoices
An invoice for your purchase is available on request and, where required, is sent to your email. If you need an invoice with company (B2B) details, include your company name, address, and tax number (ЕДБ) when you buy or by email afterwards.
6. Physical items
If we ever sell or send a physical item (for example, a welcome package or merchandise), we will hand it over at the space or deliver it within North Macedonia within 5 business days, and the specific terms will be shown at the time of purchase.
