1. Who we are
Coworking Prilep is operated by Dastian DOO Prilep (registered seat: Kej 1-vi Maj no. 9, Prilep; ЕДБ 4021025551046, ЕМБС 7821808), through its branch BLOK 02 at Jane Sandanski no. 33, Prilep, North Macedonia ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our coworking space, our services, and this website (coworkingprilep.mk).
2. Acceptance
By buying a membership, pass, or booking, or by using the space or the website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
3. Our services
We provide access to a shared workspace and its facilities — dedicated desks, hot desks, a meeting room, a classroom, internet access, and related amenities — subject to availability and the plan you choose. Opening hours, facilities, and access rules are as published at the space and on the website and may change.
4. Membership & access
- Memberships and passes are personal and non-transferable. Do not share your access credentials, keycard, or code.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and access.
- Where 24/7 or keycard access is offered, you must follow the access and security rules and not let unauthorised people in ("tailgating").
- You must be at least 18 years old to hold a membership.
5. Bookings
Meeting room and classroom bookings are for the date, time, and capacity you reserve. Cancellation and refund terms for bookings are set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Payments & fees
- Memberships and passes are paid in advance. Card payments are processed securely through ProCredit Bank's Virtual POS; we do not store your card details.
- Prices are shown at checkout. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
- Unpaid or failed renewals may lead to suspension of access until payment is resolved.
7. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which reflects your rights under the Law on Consumer Protection of North Macedonia.
8. Acceptable use & house rules
- Use the space lawfully and with respect for other members and staff.
- No harassment, threatening behaviour, excessive noise, or activity that disturbs others.
- No illegal activity, and no using the space or internet for unlawful purposes.
- Keep shared areas clean and treat the furniture, equipment, and premises with care.
- Guests are your responsibility and must follow these Terms.
9. Your belongings
You are responsible for your personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of, or damage to, items you bring to the space. You are responsible for any damage you (or your guests) cause to the premises or equipment.
10. Internet
Internet access is provided on a best-effort, "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, speed, or security, and you must not use the network for illegal downloading, unauthorised access, or any activity that harms the network or other users.
11. Health & safety
Follow all posted safety instructions and the reasonable directions of our staff. We may deny or withdraw access where health, safety, or security require it.
12. Intellectual property
The Coworking Prilep name, brand, website, and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. You keep ownership of your own work and materials.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, data, or profit arising from your use of the space, services, or website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
14. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms, unpaid fees, or behaviour that endangers or seriously disturbs others. Where we end your membership without cause, any refund is handled under our Refund Policy.
15. Changes
We may update our services and these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published here with its "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. We'll always try to resolve any issue with you directly first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in North Macedonia, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
