What we're building

We started building this because the city needed a proper place to work outside of home and the cafés.

So we rented a 300m² space across two floors in the heart of Prilep, and we’re turning it into the first coworking space in the city. Industrial design, dedicated desks, a meeting room, a kitchen, a backyard, and a quiet upper floor that protects the kind of focused work most spaces can’t offer.

Renovation starts later this year. We’re opening in 2026.

This blog is where we’ll write about the journey — renovation milestones, design decisions, the small wins, the things we learn building this. If you’re early on the list, you’ll see it all unfold from the inside.
